Tee Tac Tote Refund Policy
1. Incorrect Items
a) For incorrect items, case must be filed within 7 days from the date of receipt of product. Kindly send us your order number along with information on the incorrect product to info@teetactote.co. For returns, you must meet the following requirements:
i. The product(s) must be UNUSED, UNMARKED, UNDEFACED in any manner.
ii. This return policy does not apply to items that have been stated as NON-exchangeable and NON-refundable on www.teetactote.co
iii.We do not offer refund in case of change of mind or incorrect purchase.
b) All returns will be reviewed first by Tee Tac Tote and we reserve the right to perform remedies including:
i. A refund to the PayPal or bank account that you originally used to make your payment, or
ii. 1 to 1 exchange (we will bear the cost of their return).
c) Returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may be subject to a damaged goods fee, or denied refund.
2. Custom & Made-To-Order Items
a) Please be sure of your size and design before purchasing. Custom, made-to-order items are considered final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded in any way.
